Originating from Aberdeen and having inhabited many a fine city of the world, Russell Saburuko has now laid his hat in New York.

On the production tip as Saburuko(originally with Ed Parker)he has seen a plethora of releases with the likes of Innerground, Integral, Horizons Music, Future Thnkin and Sonourous.

Garnering attention from radio icons such as Fabio and Grooverider, Dj Flight, Bailey, and Chrissy Chris, the Saburuko sound had now found its place in the record collections of drum and bass aficionado's worldwide. This became evident upon the release of the seminal track "I Feel Love" that topped the Drum and Bass Arena download chart at number one for over five weeks.

Likewise, Saburuko have seen a significant number of collaborations and remixes by and with various artists including: Insta:mental, Survival, Random Movement, The Insiders, Kjell, Amaning, Bachelors of Science, Hobzee, Digital & Lutin, Morphy, Mix Master Doc, Insight, Brother, Soulmatic, Style Control, Stunna, Zyon Base, and Will Miles.

A veteran of various music scenes, (from acid house to early jungle and up to his present day involvement in drum n bass) his transition through the genres helped develop a keen ear for all styles, resulting in the diversity of productions Saburuko became to be known for. To date, he has been fortunate enough to grace turntables across North America and Europe blowing up dancefloors along the way. .
